In an especially dreary economy, Express Homebuyers helps homeowners going through foreclosure, bankruptcy, relocation, divorce, death in the family, trouble selling because of little or no equity, or otherwise need to sell their homes quickly.

The company buys homes with relative ease to the seller, and promises to be ready to close in as little as seven days. Since 2003, the company has helped hundreds of area families avoid many of the hassles that come from owning real estate.

Recognizing a need for on-the-ground, personal advertising of its services, the company made a very modest buy of two wrapped vehicles, bolstering its existing drive-time radio advertising in the DC market. The company currently has two Scions circulating in the largest counties of the area. Drivers hand out business cards for the sales agents in that particular area.

Within the first three days of the vehicles circulating, Express Homebuyers reported a direct referral from one of the vehicles. This is an example of how vehicle wrapping can pay for itself nearly immediately.
